Initially, Kale Tech collaborated with several small manufacturers in China to import and sell industrial fans - asynchronous machines. These fans not only improve air circulation without consuming excessive electricity but also possess durability and quiet operation, quickly attracting the attention of the local market. However, the founder, Raymond Lu, had a grander vision. He wanted to create a brand that could represent innovation, sustainability, and efficiency, rather than simply selling products.

In 2012, Kale Tech established a strategic partnership with a manufacturing company in China to jointly develop a new generation of industrial fans. This fan features a PMSM motor and a unique aerodynamic design, capable of generating stronger airflow with lower energy consumption while also reducing noise levels and significantly extending its lifespan. More importantly, to ensure product quality, Kale Tech's production facility in China began operations, equipped with strict quality control processes and advanced manufacturing technologies. As the product continued to be optimized and the brand gradually established, Kale Tech expanded its market presence.

In 2014, they entered the international market for the first time. Whenever they enter a new region, Kale Tech collaborates with local distributors to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and to customize fan solutions suitable for the local environmental conditions.

In 2018, Kale Tech launched a smart centralized control device for industrial large fans, capable of remote monitoring and adjustment through IoT technology, further enhancing energy efficiency and user experience. This innovation earned Kale Tech multiple international awards and recognized it as one of the leaders in the industry.

In 2022, Kale Tech has established distributors in over 20 countries worldwide, including the United States, Germany, Brazil, and South Africa. They not only provide products but also offer comprehensive after-sales service and professional consulting to help customers achieve their ventilation and cooling goals.
